Currently, Blaire is an accessibility UX designer and supports web work for institutions who have responsibilities under Section 508 of the Rehabilitations Act. Blaire advises on Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG) criteria, educates and advises on user empathy with a focus on accessibility and inclusion, annotates high fidelity designs for developers and engineers, and research best practices for accessible design.
