Seated in the Inclusive Design team. Work with User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI), Experience Design (XD), Content Experience (CX) and web engineering developers on cross-discipline trains to develop digital solutions to MinuteClinic products by providing accessibility education and design feedback to colleagues in other disciplines.

  • Accessibility designer for telehealth products, available through MinuteClinic.

  • Provide ARIA, HTML, and other accessibility annotations to developers on final Miro and Figma designs.

  • Advise for plain language and semantic best practices for assistive technology and cognitive user navigation to content team.

  • Follow WCAG 2.1 best practices, internal UI guidelines and enterprise accessibility guidelines for design feedback.

  • Help the Experience Designers follow best practices for assistive technology such as magnification and zoom, screen readers, and switch devices.
